Professor told me to not deadlift for a week due to my paaspinals being lit up.

Skip deads and add more rows and pull ups/downs is where I think I'll go.

Just curious what my hnf bros think?

minimal back activation, deadlift is primarily a leg exercise.

deadlifts are useless for hypertrophy

also youre fat I literally dont have to consider your opinion especially because you boasted about a 455lbs deadlift.
