WoW's netcode tick rate is 30, so... you really aren't even gaining an advantage past that.

I honestly don't know what that means but I use a third party program and can set the background fps, I can visually see a difference in the fps when I adjust my settings

Yeah when they are all up, the choppiness can make one of the screens stop following because it may lag behind .5 seconds and it will just throw everything off.

I just assumed it was my system since I have some what of a budget build and wow is pretty cpu heavy

That's possible, but if you could have a consistent 30 fps it would be enough. Maybe the 6500 isn't able to run 8 wows without >33ms stutters occurring either regularly or occasionally... if they happen at all it will throw off your inputs which are dictated by 30 fps netcode i.e how often the server is polled for your inputs

Makes sense, that may have something to do with my settings as well. I believe all the wows are running off 1 core. I don't know what to adjust so I left all the settings default Idk if that would fix anything.

Would an upgraded i7 make a big difference in the stuttering?

all the wows are on the same core? wtf.. no there's no way that would work regardless of what cpu you had
More threads would be good for this hell yeah

When I get home from work I'll screenshot my settings on this program, I might be misremembering lol

Yeah I'll just focus on getting the ram and cpu for the time being

Thank you

honestly to do this i feel like youd need a whole new pc

if youre going to run 8 wows on 2k or higher

my pc would probably be able to handle it (maybe) and i have an r7 1700 and a 1070
