Cook in a world 50 best restaurant. Still recommend sous vide to anyone who wants to make a great steak without any room for error.

Takes a bit of planning with the longer cook times, but sous vide are great.

Cooking in the Navy and in my own home, I know Fillet Mignon is the best cut of steak, but honestly they're really expensive and not recommended to use for your first steak to cook. There really aren't brands persay to use its all just different distributors shipping to supermarkets for meat.

Filet mignon is overrated. Ribeye cap is much better.

Honestly, for fine dining, you won't cook a ribeye. Thats just my experience.

Either way you won’t see something like that in a fine dining restaurant. Although it is good, never seen it. A lot of fish and simple steaks. Simple but elegant

only because its not as well known. but by those who know it, its considered the best cut of beef on the cow...
