so I'm running a 4.4 with a 40 vertical and 18 reps of 225

best way to improve my 40 and vertical? trying to get a 4.25 and 45 incher at the combine

been on a strict diet so more interested in workouts than food

You have to run atleast 3.9 if you wanna play with the big dogs k.

With those #s, you should know what you need to do, or have access to coaches/players IRL who could help u better than anyone here. I mean, who with such athleticism wouldnt be getting attention from real coaches/trainers? Unless of course you suck at football.
