looking for someone to design the jersey for us

What I need exactly :
- the model file
- price around 50€
- use any website but shipping to France must be available (for example Owayo)

Gfx info :
- need to use our logo
- colors must be as logo (main blue & white, some gray)
- must be anatomic shape
