There are a couple people who still buy certain items, like really good witching hours (especially if they have pickup radius), famous duped items like the 1234 echoing fury or the Teeming Necklace, a 20% IAS balanced darkblade, boots, pants or shield with IAS, and some people like to have socketed rings or ammies that also have 9% IAS and a decent amount of CC and CHD.
Also, a few specific items like a sledge fist with high stun chance, a two-socket Manticore with high IAS and CHD, an Azurewrath with high IAS and other such items may be considered desirable.
Aside from that kind of stuff, most everything is considered junk nowadays.
