if you go elemental damage route, you probably don't want venom or to max dragon claw or claw mastery and only put 1 point in them. then you can put points into 2 of the other elemental martial art skills for more dmg.
20 phoenix
20 claws of thunder/blades of ice/fists of fire
20 claws of thunder/blades of ice/fists of fire
rest in fade/shadow/whatever is needed

i haven't played a martial arts sin since .09 back before synergies were a thing and phoenix strike was "the norm" but i can't imagine having a gimped physical and elemental damage, you'd get very far in hell by yourself. so i'd pick either going physical damage (venom+dclaw+tiger) or phoenix strike + synergies

my current build is (dragon claw as finisher) full natalyas dual claw, skills:

max death sentry
max phx strike
max claws of thunder (synergie to phx strike charge 2)
now here are a few more questions:
1. where to put the remaining points?
1a) is it mandatory to max dragon claw or is 1 pt enough?
1b) or is it better to max another synergie to phx strike?
1c) max claw mastery
2. 1 point in weapon block or does it rather interrupt my attacks?
3. 1 point in venom or is it useless?
4. blade shield any good?
