How do you want to skill it?

In a way that its fun to play and wont die all the time, i.e. need some dmg I suppose

so which martial arts skill is suitable for pvm (not kicksin cuz nat boots...) ?

You really could do anything besides Dragon Claws. Mainly because DC is nerfed terribly unless your playing on 1.09. If you want a Kicksin then I would recommend a Blood 20% IAS gloves with CB and a Ber rune in your claw

Really your only option is a elemental or PS.

or should I max lightning/death sentry instead of phx strike ?

completely new to MA assas

either build u go u could Speed Things up and put 1 Point into death sentry for ce incase u wanna do that

if you go elemental damage route, you probably don't want venom or to max dragon claw or claw mastery and only put 1 point in them. then you can put points into 2 of the other elemental martial art skills for more dmg.

20 claws of thunder/blades of ice/fists of fire
rest in fade/shadow/whatever is needed
