cramps suck balls. i got them all the time when i played hs/university varsity sports. it definitely connected to days when i sweated a lot -- electrolyte imbalance & fatigue are factors.



Will do! I have to admit I’m a heavy sweater - usually the sweatiest in that mf

I feel like you may be on this point “when these bitches cop a full stretch anything can happen.”

Which I would like to correct in that it’s not exactly when they’re stretched post workout, but when they’re concentrically contracting or even isometrically contracting in a shortened position*
