I could even ask 10 billion for an El rune on Non-Ladder if I wanted..
Hell, I could draw a pixel, call it "mini-pancake" and then ask 50 billion fg for it!

The point is, I could have asked whatever I want for it, the requester could have offered whatever he wanted for it, it doesn't matter..
There was an agreement from both parts AFTER the work was completed

Requesters will only offer/pay what they want for their request and artists will only accept/sell their work if they agree with the price otherwise there is no deal
Also, toy money has a different value from one person to another

It's not about preference and taste. I m just terrified when people use stocks/templates commercially without knowing basic stuff about licensing, I guess its easier to create final product in hour instead doing everything from scratch monkaS.
