completely agree with Avenged here. a VT at 30 with perfected gear, is more then viable.
And you dont need EOP on any lvl 30/31.

are you trying to get the divine so you dont have to hardpoint fanat? or because you want it to be a charger with fanat & using smite + foh to stun?

lld is anywhere from 9-70 pretty much lmao
