after a quick scan of the imdb page i see that Johnny and Daniel are reprising their roles. You know if anyone else will be showing up? I'd LOVE it if they could sprinkle in small parts for the some of the minor characters to bring some depth into the backstory.
Example: One of the high points of the movies was that night when Miyagi got drunk and told Daniel about his past. I'd like to see the series rekindle a similar feeling. Perhaps Daniel's daughter could stumble across a social media message from someone who knew Daniel from his time in Okinawa. Later she asks him about it, and we get to see a scene where Daniel tells her the story. It would be cool to see how being an adult changed his perspective on those formative experiences of his youth.
