Well, that would depends what game and what realm/core/server, etc.
Some forums do and some do not (As the prices may fluctuate too much to keep a good list on them).
Just click the d2jsp Forums link under your name and find your game/server and look near the top for a price guide.
If there is none, then you can simply search for items in the search box to get an idea of prices for the item you are searching for (Search is located in a space far right, under the d2jsp Forums link mentioned earlier).
