Maybe in the same style of warn percentages being removed.

I've never been scammed and would always do the safe route

Would just be nice to see the s/a section slow down a bit.

I vote for a new rank named 'unlocked' for a period of 1 year. After the year is completed, good standing members can gain back their regular rank along with all of their privileges.

I like the idea but i disagree to punish the users for ever. People do change.

Something like that, just like a warn. Once involved in the community again without the same type of violation can this eventually change. Whatever that timeframe would look like. It would let many users know that their is a caution with these individuals ubtil that status changes.
