Less crits by enemy mobs means you can sustain longer and not have to town even at the higher lvls. I use it and it works amazing for solo

Based on these calculations I'd say Enhanced effect is the most underrated sidemod. I love to get a bit of EE on my jubilance dagger set. It's a great side mod!
