Good day, sir! And thank you for contacting us! Kira's Guardian is my area of expertise, and my best advice would be to identify your needs. Are your resistances maxed out? If so, i would recommend that the next step is to increase your physical damage, by some kind of a 15 max / 40% damage jewel, or something of that kind.
If you need more Resistances, it would be a good idea to further enhance the Resistance capabilities and stick an Um rune in it, or if you are a rich schmeizer (don't know the exact terminology), and if there is a market for it available, 15% all res (Scintillating, Prefix) / Any desired property (Suffix) jewel, preferably more damage.
