Past 2 days, computer will shut down unexpectedly while playing games. Been trying to monitor CPU / GPU temps. CPU gets mid 50s, GPU low 50s. PSU doesnt feel warm.

By shut down, it will essentially power off (no blue screen, no message) and after a few seconds will boot back up on its own. Is there a way to see what is causing the computer to shut down?

What brand of PSU do you have and how old is your computer?
