1: add an extra funtion to move up / down topics in the tracker of topics

2: add an extra column in the gold log, where ppl can manually add info about the traded item, as 75% of the users dont add comments when they buy something. For future reference I would like to add some info about the items sold myself, if the buyers doesnt.
