they dont need a monitor, mouse, etc. just the desktop tower with parts inside.

and it wont ever need to be mobile, so i think a laptop offers worse performance per dollar.

wow thats cheap for those specs. does look nice, but im a bit sketched with refurb and age of cpu?

2nd gen intel though. any chance its in a poor condition due to age and heat with use?

cert refurbished still refurbished. idk im always sketchy about refurb items

90% of everything I buy is refurb/used. If anything, the system is extremely overpowered for such basic uses.

Chances are the system was leased by some company and never moved its original setup location until the lease was up. It is by no means a workstation so I doubt it was ever worked hard.
