Sup bois,

Started September, 226. Today so weighed in 173. Fucked up last week and cheated quite a bit but back on track with dieting again.

HOW TO ABS ?!?!? Goal is to cut to 155. Then clean bulk to the moon. Think cutting to 155 abs will be poppin or what?

Also in your opinion what muscle group should i pay attention to on my days i workout lacking areas.

nice job. whats your height?

dont expect to see abs just by shedding massive amounts of weight. you need to get more lean via diet & training.

5'11 brotha. Dieting pretty good most of the time and on a good workout regime so hoping to have shit poppin when i hit 155.

Unless you're preparing for Auschwitz I don't see why you would ever want to be 155 at 5'11. You've proved to yourself you can diet, now figure out a reasonably lean bulk to fill out your frame. The only thing "poppin" at 155 will be your collarbones out of your skin.

E/ good job shedding the weight though.

i've never seen my abs or have been cut up before. im trying to see some abs and once i do clean bulk from there. i still have a belly right now

Just up your lean protein and lift harder, including more calisthenics. Get even more discipline on diet, but don't fall off the wagon either

Keep cutting to 160ish. As someone who has been in your position and bulked instead of continued my cut you will be wasting so much time by bulking. Just cut until you're lean as fuck because then when you do bulk it will be much easier to just gain muscle. If you bulk now you'll just get caught up in a terrible cycle.

I promise you won't regret continuing the cut, but you will regret bulking up.
