to be 100% honest i'm not sure how to go about any of it, i was legit considering getting a hold of some type of lawyer but it just seems like such a drastic step, and like some real heavy things could come of it.
but at the same time, is it one of those deals you gotta just do what you thinks right... i've brought this up with another guy at my shop that follows same pages, and he thinks i'm just being a bitch about it, and this is just the way the trade is, which made me even more pissed lol...

thats a GREAT point.
i'm non union. i don't plan on going union. But i've heard it much, much different in union shops, at least locally, i've heard of guys getting fired for using racism on sites... not sure if its just "grass is greener" kind of deal or if they truly are different mentality, but ya, its 99% non union members that are open about it.
