The Supreme Court was slated to deal with this with Friedrichs v CTA until Scalia's death. Now the same issue is coming before them again, and I think it's highly likely that compulsory union dues for public unions are gonna die. Good.

If someone wants to be represented by a union, I have no problem with it. If a person doesn't want to be represented by a union, you guys all seem to have a problem.

The ruling I'm hoping for won't make unions stronger, for sure. But it will make them better.

'I wont hang out with you' is not 'i will collude with the government to force you to pay dues to a union you dont want to belong to, which supports political views and orgs you dont like'
