just scour the belt and sell as a white elder stygian with good ilvl

since they gonna be 'legacy' after abyss ends and cant spawn anymore, the base itself is worth as much as a non mirrorable base... people that are going to want to buy this want better rolls or will buy to scour themselves to build a better belt
