Iirc, there is a growing movement mostly within the Democratic party to get Net Neutrality back, in whole or in part.
There were one or two articles about it. Nothing really more than an intention to fight the FCC on this.

I believe there is a time period (which may have passed, I'm not sure), before the FCC's ruling will take effect.
I don't imagine we will see any nastiness until some time after it does take effect.

I'm not even sure most of us will notice anything. It's kind of in a wait and see mode atm.

Bill was either introduced or is in the works to overrule FCCs vote iirc. I think protests have stopped because people are letting lawmakers do their thing. Anyone up for reelection would be silly to vote against net neutrality imo since pretty much everyone in the US wants it.

The president that increased debt deficit by more than all us presidents combined enabled net neutrality

This should be reason enough to know its horse shit

The fact that the US debt is somewhere around 20 trillion says that this isn't true.

If AT&T throttled Netflix, and netflix users were mad enough, they'd switch to some other ISP, etc.

So competition amongst ISPs will prevent widespread dissatisfaction.

The internet worked fine before net neutrality, and it will continue working fine.

There are already two states (maybe more by now) that have told the FCC they are going to allow the dissolution of Net Neutrality in their states. I assume more will follow.
