Theres a reason you use the shut down feature and not just let it die/cut power.
Windows was probably writing a file in the background either from defrag service or something else.
the sudden lose of power cause it to not save and corrupted a vital system file.
Its super common, learn to shut it down properly and you won't have issues.
I fell asleep with it on my lap I don’t normally do that I haven’t shut it down in over 2 years
So I have a currupted vital system file ? How do I repair that
