Just beat this game and started NG+ and doing chalice dungeons. Love the Lovecraftian lore and atmosphere.

Now I don't know how to go for stats. I'm level 109 with:
40/25/40/40/7/7
Vit/end/str/skl/bld/arc

I have every non dlc weapon and outfit. I want to try burial blade or blades of mercy next, but need arcane to do it. My current goto is +10 LHB. I heard that the only way arcane benefits LHB damage is if you use bolt/fire paper, elemental gems, or empty phantasm shell. I want to make the other weapons good, but don't want to ruin my LHB build in the process. Any suggestions?






Side note: is dlc worth getting? How much content is in it?

Isn't 40 the softcap? After that you get almost no endurance, just resistances? 25 has been good so far. I plan on getting it 40 eventually, but wanted to get vit/str/skl to their softcaps first.

So other than using the items that use QS, there's no real point to getting arc?

right, i prefer 40 end because I can kill nearly everything in the game ( obvi not bosses ) with 1 combo as long as i strike first.

and when deeper in the NG+'s, youll need it.

Some weapons scale with arc, just found a dlc sword iirc that does and yes i use the QS items... especially during critical low life moments.
