Just noticed it friday but when coming a complete stop it grunts n groans like its under a ton of stress. Brakes work fine got fluid but i cant figure this out. Truck shifts fine accelerates fine its only on stopping. Ive even tried stopping without brakes it still makes the sound. Brakes and all look fine but i have zero idea as to what it may be

Drive shaft joint or diff bearing etc take a look

Bad wheel bearings can cause this issue also, and it's pretty common.
