This topic is intended for reporting a person who is stealing GFX Artworks. It will work very much like a post in the Scammer Accusation Forum.


You MUST note the guidelines to this thread.

• Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership.
  
• Thus, an accusation based over these pretenses, ie., a signature created from the basis of a public render or stock will recieve no action in this thread.
  
• However, a direct and identical copy would be considered a rip, provided it does not fall under the description below:

If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the person is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Any person caught deliberately ripping material from another user for the purpose of profit will be dealt with accordingly.
It is up to the sole discretion of the site to determine the course of action taken.


To make your accusation valid, you will need to provide as much of the following information in your post. Please keep it organized.

• A link to the profile of the accused
  
• A link to the profile of the creator
  
• A link to the original artwork.
  
• Screenshot of the PSD
  
• Any other information that may help solidify your accusation, such as PM's or interactions. Also a screenshot of a pm conversation also helps.

It is imperative that you understand and accept the verdict of your accusation, if any results.

Graphicals sold the signature i gifted him the 4nov/2017 to iamblackbear for 500fg
I was Flirting with BnP babes(28dec/2017) and i saw iamblackbear wearing the same signature i made for graphicals except his has now red falling snow and his named add'd
I pm'd both graphicals and iamblackbear. Graphicals agreed that he sold the signature to iamblackbear and iamblackbear told me he bought it 500fg from graphicals. I didn't keep any pm's
I highly doubt he gave me credit and i think he sold this as if he did the signature by himself
I didn't post accusation earlier because i thought that once i gifted a signature it doesn't belong the me anymore but a friend told me that i still can make a post here for ripping.

I know this isn't iamblackbear fault and i'd like if graphicals could send him 500fg back

i tried to pay him for the sig that i sold to iamblackbear, and he just refunded it then said its fine, after PMing him about it he ended up just blocking me, this was back at the gold sent date, now he makes a ripper accusation about me out of nowhere even though it clearly shows in the logs him saying its fine, i dont have the pms as this was in December :///// if i have to refundblackbear i will that's fine, but i also added animation to it, and he gave me the signature and in his old topic where i was given the sig there was nothing saying you couldn't give or resell or alter the work that was given away. however in his new topic there is but not old one.

We will review all the information and keep you both updated.

As in the first topic, you never stated that people could not resell/modify what was gifted to them, the above rule would apply.

Not sure what PSD is, I don't know much about graphic work, I've always just paid for signatures.

This user has been obsessed with me for some time now. He's a well known scammer and multi in the Sports Coliseum, and I normally wouldn't care about something like this, but someone told me they almost sent fg to him thinking it was me, and that kind of thing can't happen, since he would steal it for sure.
