ok im going to rip this piece of shit off the wall. problem starts again. i made no internet connection and fw is still the same. i now think its a hardware problem. im so fed up wow. never had anything bad to say to lg until now. hope it stays this way.

Sounds like your got a bad model or some third party person fucked you over and knowly sold you a broke POS. That's happened to me before on Amazon with a phone.
