So Clinton funded Mr. Steele's "investigation" and then told him what allegations should be put in the dossier.

In other words, the Clinton gave him a suitcase full of cash and told him what to write to the letter.

usually when people say "in other words" they rephrase something, rather than just wildly speculating lol

he sent it back to the committee and directed the DoJ to work with congress on redacting the classified sections as appropriate
He punted it, but the headlines of course say he blocked it as if its indefinite, and the frothing #resist movement doesn't distinguish
if the counter-memo is released next week as a result, they'll probably think it was Trump caving to their hysterical overreaction they're about to do
