Yeh some fiber may be necessary (granola bars).
Tuna, mayo, hard boiled egg sandwiches aren’t bad. Plus relish if you’re weird

Most my successful bulks involved eating lots of ice cream.

Man make some hash on Sunday.

Cook potatos in oil, remove, cook up some veggies, add potatoes back in. Add eggs in top add cheese add cilantro, let cook for a few mins, shove in oven till cheese is melted. High calories, dish it out in portions.

Good energy, atleast for me.

On my lazy days I just take an entire tub of cottage cheese mix in peanut butter. Sometimes cut an apple with it or celery but usualy not because it's a lazy day.

Makes for not a bad lunch.
