What are some great foods to have around the house for easy calories.

Just to fill yourself up in between meals, or when hungry.

Dont take prep time

Dont taste bad

Have good calories

I usually eat peanuts or peanut butter, but need more food.


Workout 5 days a week, and my metabolism is crazy fast. Just need food/snacks i can always go to.
Fat, carbs arent an issue for me, just need calories.

make your own trail mix and carry it around in ziplock bags. shredded coconut, almonds, peanuts, raisins, banana chips. put 2 servings of each of those <--- and it is an easy 1200 cals

Include chocolate covered all of those for increased calories.
