OP may have been a troll, but it's a legitimate criticism of how trade is done in LS. It's a barrier, especially to new players.

If you don't agree with the criticism, bring a counter argument. You aren't adding anything of value to the conversation. You're just being a jerk.

I find this to be fairly unintelligent. If you’re a motivated buyer and are new to LS you will have a small idea of the gear you’re looking for already and there are for sale threads listing various things some of which would fall into that iso. Many different people will list things in many different ways.

Then as well being new to the game you’re still learning and have no idea what’s out there or what you might want until you see it. The best way to find that out and acquire gear is to search through chars. This presents a win win for you because you’d be looking at chars of someone who is already a “seller” increasing your chances to buy what you find and learn more about the game in the process.

All I gather from this is that you don't want it that bad if you won't look. People make threads for important items individually and then threads for misc items on mules. This is pretty standard. You'll get used to it man. Half the fun is finding those goodies before someone else.

Let us know when you have made contributions to the community that make this game improve or are worthwhile to play. I wasted tons of my time helping new players, only for the current status of the game to end up right where it is now. If you truly want to make this a game rich with an awesome community and fun to play, submit some ideas to Paul that will get him to update (which is the reason this game is dead) and maybe I will actually care again. Until then, when retards make retarded posts (timasse and OP) I will be sure to respond in kind. This game is NO LONGER designed to bring in new players, its designed to be a gold sink and if you want anything, you grind for years or pay out your ass. If you want to play a game you can invest in and make it big, go play Runescape.
