have you tried blowing on it real hard?
but for real did you contact nzxt about the bracket issue?

Noctua NH-D15 will totally work and then some but its not an AIO.
The thing here is your cooler will perform about the same as any other AIO cooler you just need a better mount or to delid your cpu like I stated.
(Provided you checked voltages like yupitsmeh stated)

Alright so I just checked out my bios and I'm a little confused. It shows CPU Core Voltage at 1.104v
If I go into advanced and scroll down to CPU Core/Cache Voltage it shows 1.104v not sure it makes any sense to lower it.

but if I look at HWMonitor it shows "VCORE" under "ASUSTeK COMPUTER PRIME Z370-A" at 1.360 max (yesterday while playing it shows 1.408 max)
and under my CPU it shows "VID" at 1.407v max.

voltage goes up as the cpu is being utilized.
bios reading is probably correct as your not stressing it at all.

Alright so I disabled multicore enhancement and the temps are fucking wicked now.
Hopefully it doesn't fuck with performance.
Stress test for 5mins and didn't even hit over 65c
