Unfortunately Gsync costs a bit.

Ya I think I'm just gonna opt out of it.
Not worth the extra money imo.

That's up to you. I have a 60Hz 30" DELL Ultrasharp. It has NO-sync. :D

/e You can hook a freesync monitor to an Nvidia card..... you just won't get the benefits of Gsync or free sync.

/e For companies...ASUS, ACER, DELL, BenQ are good monitors.

Ya I'm looking at the list right now without gsync. wondering if any of these are better compared to what I posted in the first post.

This one is a bit cheaper than the one in your OP, and specs are pretty much the same.

Ya that's what I was looking at earlier to.
I guess I'll just compare it to https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16824236413 and order one of the two now.

Edit: I think I'm going with ASUS MG248QR

They're TN panels in those monitors. It's a bit hard to find 144Hz, 1ms, IPS, Gsync

Here is non-IPS but with Gsync monitors...
