Weld racing bought Forgestar back in October and it seems a lot of orders placed during that transition were messed up. They also own CCW.

Yeah its a shit show. My brother got his and he ordered a month after me so idk what the fuck they're doing honestly.



The vendor is fucking me hard cause the day I bought the wheels they had me sign a waiver since it's "custom parts". This whole situation is a joke.

It's quite unfortunate that the moment i see forgestar I automatically think of cookie cutter rocket bunny 86s.


But to be on top, from at least the 86 platform, forgestar's been dropping the ball on a ton of orders from what I've seen recently. Honestly I probably would have ended up with a set if modbargins had them in stock rather than having to have it made.


But now i'm stuck with shelling out over 3K for a set of te37.

Yeah... Who knows. Forgestar agreed to give my money back which was a damn shock for me. Found a set of weds sports that weigh in about 5-6 lbs less on the rears so I'll prolly end up grabbing those or a 2 piece set of work emotions.

They can't handle their demand now so maybe they'll get their shit together soon.
