What stats effect healing? Only the super obvious (heal mastery & int)?

Does crit work?
Does quickdraw work?
Mana consumption?
Do healers get mana on kill?

I'm leveling glyphing, and the vast majority of glyphs are complete trash, but I'm trying to get into the habit of creating useful ones as I go, when I can. So, in general what do healers like to see?

Playing in HC.

Just go for int/mana , good for both healing and casters and nobody will buy glyphs with only hm / crit / mpk etc

Just to clarify, I have 0 intention of doing any healing. While ranking up, I will be mixing stats in bunches of 6+ on one glyph, to get more use out of each item I glyph.

So, what I'm looking for is, when i get a glyph with int/hm/mana, what wlse is useful at all for healers, as a perk?

To clarify further, I'm only doing tier 2s, atm, so probably none of them will be worth much for some time. Just trying to get used to eyeing synergies.

all you need for casters and healers right there, hm doesn't so much anymore (if anything at all)

mana consumption works
no mana on kill for healers


maxmana/mpk/mpa/lpk for casters low level
int/hm/mana / mana syphon/ -%mana sonsumption / for healers and highlevel caster

maxlife/lpk / lpa / stats for melee low level
stats / crit / lifesteal / lpa /quickdraw / etc for melee high level
