Has anyone some the experiment themselves where they feed a plant with microwaved water to see if it kills it?

It won't kill a plant as long as you let the water cool before giving to the plant

But what about all that nasty nuclear waste that gets pumped into it during microwaving? I, personally, don’t drink water at all (safety first)

Won't kill the plant, but it has a high chance of turning it gay.

That's why you have to add bits of foil paper to your water before microwaving it: to negate the toxic particles created by the microwave.
