Is it blue? Nice style, the ele dmg kind of ruins it damage-wise though. An honor divine zealer will be better than that, but I'd still make a zealer out of that for the style (probably an all blue one)

1/ i'll only have one type of ele dmg (cold & its already high cold dmg) what if i add more cold ele dmg to make it over string's mdr or even string+viper for ex?

2/ got 30ias more than divine scepter & less str req (+3fana base divine wont cover that ias difference)

3/ can still sock a 20ed/15max in it

4/ its golden sword when worn :P
