So I'm new to this game so forgive the ignorance. Is there any reason why when I receive a supply drop from ranking up or getting it from the match bonus it isn't showing up in my drop list? Not all the time.

But I've lost maybe 4 or 5 crates in 2 days to this.

Not many but it still sucks
Chances are they were just some grips and calling cards i already have
