He wasnt preaching about it tho

the primary Dmg reduction of 75 % reduce dmg by 75%

but the secondary dmg reduction of 25 % only remove 25% of the 25% dmg taken left. So 75+25 is like 80% total

The mobs are over Level 70. That throws everything off and that's why the numbers don't look right. Your character stays at Level 70 even though you level up in Paragon.

Your lvl vs monster lvl vs your Dr vs their dam plus any modifiers to the above.

Also, it could be assumed that some things don't stack or have diminished returns. Never tested extensively.
