His probably is. The #1 GB player on Bo2 had a .8 KD. Anyone who thinks KD is a viable way to judge someone's skill, is just fucking terrible at the game. In MW3 I had a group I played with where 2 of the guys had 4+ KDs. That's pretty solid, until you see that they average 5 kills a game, they only play in groups, and they dashboard every single time they go lower than a 3:1 (which wasn't very often since they only played in full parties, but shit happens).
