I've tried banana bread last Christmas for the first time. It's simple and automatic. Heard it's popular in South Africa.

Last restaurant made a coconut bread that is pretty delicious.

2kg flour
240g butter
200g sugar
20g salt
30g coconut extract
700g coconut milk
6 eggs

Never heard of Coco Bread tbh
