Make some Bibimbap. It's got a cool name and is real tasty.
I order a lot of asian groceries online, easy to find if you look. Though if you have an Asian market near you you're probably better off going there for most things. Our local Asian market doesn't do daikon or umeboshi so I have to order some stuff online.
e/ for recipes I watch a lot of Cooking with Dog and Maangchi among others.

I love youtube for cooking, probably my favourite thing, with gaming related stuff being close second.
I'm very visual so I like seeing a recipe and how it looks rather than read it. Almost guaranteed to have many recipes/videos about any sort of dish that I imagine myself eating for that particular meal so I can pick the one that sounds the best or fit what I have at hand.
I used to watch a lot of Food Network Channel (US/CAN) back in the 2000s but now it suffered from the reality TV craze, shit is just cooking battle shows. To increase viewership because money is more important, they pandered to non-cook people so that they actually tune in to the channel.
Now I largely use youtube and Gusto which is a a cooking channel in Canada filled with actual cooking shows.
Edit : I love those asian soup/rice dishes where everything is separated at plating and then you can just mix it up, watching all the colors mesh together as you twirl the ingredients around to complete the dish really gets the hunger going even more.
