Sorry I messed up the title I meant google sheets.

I am trying to make a spreadsheet for hearthstone with card text that when I mouse over the link or area? it would show a preview of the card from the hearthstone wiki or whatever.

I am wondering if it's possible with google SHEETS and if anyone could lead me in the right direction.

Why not just embed the image into a cell next to the Text?

It doesn't look like it's possible. The closest thing to mouseover events are notes (right click a cell > insert note), but these only hold text.
