been playing finaly got some gear and to nm and today i log in and acc was removed (8)
i have no third party any thing WTF

I see you were making trades / rushes through d2jsp. This is explicitly forbidden by ToS. Play legit next time

offering paid services for in game things outside of the game is illegal. im not saying u got banned for that, but it is illegal in the ToS.
