Real talk though Alex, the 32nd notes going down to 16,8,4 have an odd ping to them. It sounds like the drum tracks are being sped up and then back down.

There’s not enough ambience - trap has some decent “quiet parts” where there’s some ambience to the notes. For the length of the track, I don’t find enough movement in it. But it’s sure as shit better than what I would come up with for trap lol

Yeah, we're doing a cleanup on the track and a re-master after vocals are added, should fix any overcompression issues. I was aiming moreso for a mix between Gucci Gang and Mask Off, Gucci Gang being insanely repetitive and Mask Off hitting hard with the 808s. Took some inspiration off the pauses on Gucci Gang, liked the effect of the attention being drawn to the vocals every two bars.

Beats just intended to be continuously bumping and the vocal style in the verses can mix up the vibe of the song. Thanks for the solid input though man, I appreciate it 100%.
