I was wondering... Do paragon level have nothing to do with the ilvls?
if i get item lets say helm at paragon 300 and want to REFORGE LEGENDARY will it be worse
THAN item that i got at paragon lets say 600?'

no such thing as Ilevel after level 70

thanks, appreciated i recall something about in d2 that gambling with higher clvl used to give better ilvls thought it had something to do with d3 too
atleast d3 seems to be RNG most of all anyways

it's 100% rng.

If there was something that took more than 1 braincell to understand in d2 they removed it for d3
