i stole my mom's 3gb gtx 950 for some testing, and it plays poe rather well tbh, u'll be fine with a 1050ti

I own a msi gs40 phantom and the specs are very close to yours and I run it on max settings in direct x11, so yes you can run it. It does obviously get very hot but cooling pads help a little.
