Havent had a problem with jsp or fg ever... until now..about a week ago I was prompted and forced to put a gold password because I was for some reason unable to send fg for a trade

I think I used a throwaway email on my jsp account as well so..well now I cant remember my gold password and cant really send a gold password recovery form because my account doesn't really have an email so to speak

Do i need to send in a picture of my ID to speed up the process? I have pm'd a few people that have had similar issues and they responded that they never heard back or got replies so now im getting worried(got 21k fg here after all)
